Oh man I have the same exact problem with you and trust me this is not easy to figure out at least not for me.
But do what I plan to do on a good day: Unplug EVERTHING then plug it all back in one by one and use a good fuse. When the fuse blows because of the connector you plugged in the problem is close.

I have unplug everything in the car and it still blow the fuse.

So just to make sure you unplugged:
Power window amplifier (Drivers side only)
Power seat control units (2)
Power seat motors
Sun roof motor
Sun roof controls
Door lock Timer Control Unit
Auto Driver Postioner Control Unit
Power door lock switch (4)
Power window switch (4)
Power seat controls (2)
Door sub harneses (4)
Circuit breaker (2)
Drivers side Super Multiple Junction Unit
And anything else linked to the circuit such as the Anti-Theft Control unit.
When did this all start for you?
Power window amplifier (Drivers side only)
Power seat control units (2)
Power seat motors
Sun roof motor
Sun roof controls
Door lock Timer Control Unit
Auto Driver Postioner Control Unit
Power door lock switch (4)
Power window switch (4)
Power seat controls (2)
Door sub harneses (4)
Circuit breaker (2)
Drivers side Super Multiple Junction Unit
And anything else linked to the circuit such as the Anti-Theft Control unit.
