1994 Q45 Mass Air Flow Sensor

In researching the price for a new mass air flow sensor I've noticed there is quite a range starting at $89 all the way up to $600. What's important when determining how much to pay for this part? My mechanic quoted $500 to replace it and an additional $600 to service injectors which is a whole another story I'll need to figure out as well. Car currently has around 190,000 miles on it.

Installation on the MAF is very easy 4 bolts and 1 wire harness.

This is a used OEM part off of a 94 Q45 that had roughly 85k miles on it. I'm not a dealer just an enthusiast from Florida.
