1994 Q45 Infiniti

Hi,
My 1994 Q45 Infiniti has been hesitating/ jerking while driving then when I press on the gas it drives normal. It has also been stalling at stop lights sometimes. If you have any idea on what could be wrong or advice please help!! Thanks!!!1

Sounds like a dirty mass airflow sensor to me. Yours probably needs cleaning. Take apart the air filter housing using a socket wrench and you'll see the sensor hanging down in the tube. Take out the tube from the filter housing, go to pep boys or autozone or any auto supply store and buy a can of Mass Airflow Sensor Cleaner. Spray the sensor on both sides until the can is completely empty. Let the sensor dry out for about a half hour/45 minutes and then reattach to the air filter housing. When I cleaned mine, it took about a day for the hesitation to completely go away, but it did and it's been a smooth ride ever since (this was about 6 months ago). It could be other problems as well, but this is the easiest and most likely problem with your Q. It's actually a pretty common issue if you search the forums. Hope this helps.

more likely the MAF sensor has a bad connection or solder joint causing the issue than a little bit of dirt,sadly.
