1994 Nissan Maxima Alarm Problem

I have a 1994 Nissan Maxima and have been having issues with the alarm. The alarm stays on when the car is turned off and due to this I had to take off the fuse and now because I took the fuse out now tha radio doesn't want to work. What seems to be the problem? Could it be an electrical problem. How can I fix it?
