1994 Nissan 300ZX VG30DE AirBag Light On but Not Flashing

Hey Nico Club members! This is my first post and I hope its in the right section of the forum, I just purchased a 1994 Nissan 300zx VG30DE from someone and the motor is in great condition dispite the milage. Thats not why I'm making this thread though. The reason I'm making this thread is because I bought the car with an Airbag light on thinking it was something simple. Welllll I was most certainly wrong. The airbag light is on but not flashing, it never goes off whether the electricity is on or the car is running and driving. I checked the "Theft Room L" fuse in the engine bay fuse box and it was bad, I replaced the 10A fuse today and the Security light came on and the Airbag light was flashing rapidly. I figured any progress is good progress! so i went to unlock my car a few hours after i changed the fuse and when i opened the door the alarm went off, i quickly turned the car on thinking it would turn the alarm off. but that didnt happen, i shut the car off and the alarm is still going off so i popped the hood and pulled the 10A fuse out of the "theft room L" location and the alarm went off. the air bag light on the dash isnt flashing anymore instead back to being solid and on all the time again. the person i bought it from said he did the wiring himself for the aftermarket radio that doesnt work lol there is a 400 watt amp with an aux jack directly connected to the amp and speakers for music.. im no longer trusting or using it since it fried my girlfriends ipod..... haha (I feel bad) but what is good is the engine and trans is in excellent shape. which means there is hope with my z32 slicktop. i have no idea what im doing. any replies will be much appreciated, hope I can get some advice. thanks!

Usually a light either solid or flashing indicates a malfunction. I'd definitely have a professional certified tech look at that air bag thing. As that's a major safety issues.
