Newbie here
I need help with my 1994 Nissan 240sx
Problem is when you start driving the car is operates normal but after an 1/2hr or so it just seems to loose all power. For example if you stop for any reason and then go to start out there's little or no power, if you keep the rpm's between 3000-4000 and it will slowly start to move. Can anyone tell me what me be whats wrong or what to check?

Clogged exhaust or fuel system....Cat or fuel filter maybe.

Is it an automatic? It sounds like the transmission is overheating.

Yeah sounds like the trans might be the culprit. If you put it in neutral, the engine revs fine and everything?

PapaSmurf and Wheelman

I put a new clutch in and replaced the transmission fluid also replaced gear oil. Is there something else I should check or that I've over looked?

Is it an automatic, or did you swap a manual into it?

I'm guessing you swapped a manual trans in, seeing as how you mentioned the clutch.
