1994 NISSAN 240SX CONVERTIBLE TRUNK LOCK

Hey, I am trying to purchase a new trunk lock and cylinder, with key for my 1994 nissan 240sx vert. I have ben looking on line and ebay, but I can not seem to find it. I did find some on ebay, but they do not seem to fit a 1994 model. This seems odd to me because the available trunk locks say they fit up to 1992. The 1993 and 1994 model 240sx vert. is exactly the same car. I could go to the dealer, but even they say it is a difficult part, and could take months to get, if they can get it at all. Will the 1992 vert trunk lock and cylinder fit the 1994 moder 240sx vert? Please help. Thanks, Rob.

weird i got mine from the dealership

i had all kinda of different trunk locks on my first vert

stock one was broken and i used a coupe lock and all was good

any trunk lock cyl from coupe or other vert should work with no problems

are you using stock vert trunk or wingless coupe trunk ....
