About the only thing you can easily check is the radio fuse but I'm sure you've probably done that.
The likelihood of it being a bad connection (loose wiring harness) are slim since these harnesses are the type that lock in place. They lock in place for this exact reason. They don't want the thing to come unplugged due to vibrations, etc.
If I had to guess, your Bose head unit needs to be repaired. It's a common issue with J30s. I had to have my head unit repaired after the CD player quit working.
