1994 Hardbody - Fuel Leak Near Top of Tank

Just discovered my truck is leaking fuel someplace near the top of the fuel tank. Appears to be coming out of the top near where the fill line goes in. The tank only had 1/8th fuel, so the tank is nowhere near full, but it's leaking. Makes me thing it's a fuel line that remains pressurized after the ignition is shut off. Could be a leaking fuel pump seal or a rusty fuel line.

I'm unable to work on it right now and must take it to a shop. It needs to get fixed right away and I don't have the time to diagnose it and fix it myself.

Anybody had a similar problem recently? Did you take it to a shop? How much did they charge you to fix it? What did they actually diagnose and fix?

The fuel pump line in / line out.
They rust there, very typical.
