1994 Convertible 300zx Replacement Windshield Unavailable?

Hello Everyone.

First of all im happy to be part of this group.

I just recently purchased a 1994 Nissan 300zx convertible. The front windshield is broken. Not one person has the glass. I spoke with someone and they said the coupe windshield would work. I called safelite glass co. today. They said it WOULD NOT work at all. I really need some help on this. Has anyone replaced it with different glass? This has been a nightmare for me, I would appreciate any help =/ Thanks in advance.

Here is your answer, they are the same except the convertible has the antenna in the windshield. A regular windshield will work.

Ok I just had it installed! It fit perfect! Thank you everyone! Btw it was the coupe windshield that fit on the convertible. Don't listen to the glass people.... It fits perfect!

Who did you get to install it? i have the same issue, and safelite wouldn't even try to put the coupe windshield in because their book says it isn't the same size.
