I noticed a minor rattle when not in park (automatic), but it went away while at cruising speeds. I was told that it was an issue with my exhault rattling.

I drove an hour away from home, stopped for dinner and noticed that I had lost ALL of my transmission fluid on the ground. At this point the car would start, but not engage in any gear. I added a few quarts that trained out immediately from the seal between the engine and transmission.

Now my car will not even crank.

I tried to jb weld leak as temp fix with no luck, slowed leak a lot, but my engine still will not start.

ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. MY CAR IS CURRENTLY STRANDED IN NEW ORLEANS (NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BE STRANDED!!!)

if the trans fluid is coming out fomr between the engine and trans that means it's leaking otu the frotn seal, and that means even is you stop it fome coming out fomr between the engien and trans it's still getting pumped out of the trans, the only way to fix it is to pull the trans and replace the seal, and hope that you didn't damage the trans by runign it out of fluid

now figuring out why it won't start, is the car still cranking? if you trapped all the trans fluid in there it might have ruined your starter, or is the engine won't turn it might have siezed the trans pump with is what the torque convertor engages which means the trans is completely trached and likely nto even rebuildable

Thanks! I am going to drop transmission this weekend. Do you know name/ part number of seal between engine and transmission causing transmission fluid to flow out?

When I tried to pour a quart in, it FLOWED out from between engine and transmission.
