Hey y'all new to this kinda thaang! Well this is Ma problem, a while ago my s14 just died on my way to pick up my gf lol, got it home and realised fuel pump wasn't priming or sending any fuel.
I replaced the fuel pump relay as well as changed the fuse, still no start.
last week i installed a walbro 255 and the install was super smooth! I went ahead and tried to start the car and but still wouldn't start!
At the same time I ordered the walbro I also got the things needed to hardwire the fuel pump with a 30a relay.
-So I went ahead and ran a 10ga cable (with a fuse) from the battery to the relay in the boot
-cut the positive wire on the 2 pin fuel pump connector and ran both sides of the wire to the relay
-then finally added a ground to the relay ( I also left the ground wire connected to the fuel pump un-cut)
I went ahead hoping for a start, but still nothing!

I have now just ran the same 10ga wire from the battery going to a switch, then the positve black+yllw fuel pump wire that is in the fuel pump relay, as well as a ground going to the switch.

I really wanna get the hardwire sorted because I don't want the walbro to crap out! I'm hoping anyone out there has read this mouthful and knows exactly what I'm talking about, I will be forever greatful for any help!!! <3

Can you disconnect the cable from the pump and just hook power up directly to the pump connector and verify the pump and wiring to the connector are good?
