is there any way to custom make a silencer for after market muffler or just better to buy one with one already in the package.

Return your exaust system to stock to reduce noise. Stock is the quietest design. noise from an exaust system is a function of shape. It takes engineering to make the shape. Anything that changes that shape removes the benefit of the engineering.
