1993 Q45 PVC SYSTEM LEAKING?

Recently purchased 93 q45 with timing chain issue and I see that there is an oil leak. Oil on the the alternator and top of valve cover, passenger side. Valve cover does not appear to be leaking looks like it may be coming from oil return or pcv. Please enlighten me. Should I look to clean the motor and change hoses? Is this a common problem fot this year model? Thanks for any advice.
