1993 Q45 Center Caps - HELP

[QQ45]

I have a 1993 Q45 with three missing center caps. I need help finding replacements. Infinity tells me they have never seen them before. I said you have two Q's on your used car lot with the exact same wheel. Anyway, I have attached a picture of the wheel with the one center cap I do have. The rims are 15 X 7. These caps screw on the rim. I have looked everywhere. I need help.

I have those wheels and I got 3 new centercaps when discount forgot to tighten them properly. I got them from Joe at infinitipartsusa.com. I think they were 30 a piece
