1993 pathfinder seat belt chime not working

My 1993 Nissan pathfinder seat belt chime is not working also the seat belt light only stays on for a few seconds even if the seat belt is not in also some dash lights don't work and cruise control doesn't work any suggestions I tried checking fuses but can't find any for the required systems I am repairing.
