I think maybe I should hook them up with a BRM Exhaust for the car... ;)

A BRM would be much better than that HKS fart can.

Here are my issues with the initial review he did.

His technique was pretty poor. I understand how s*** it is to stay in a stock S13 seat while slamming it around cones, but that doesn't impede the ability to smoothly control the car. I bet he could have done the figure eight a bit better had he had more finesse with the brake and throttle. Looked like he was all about slamming the pedals, unbalancing the car in the process.

Definitely could tell he relies on ABS. He probably could have decreased his stopping distance if he modulated the brakes better rather than locking them up. But his 60-0 time probably wasn't too far off had the brakes been maintained. R&T had a stock S13's 70-0 at 195 ft. Yikes!

He probably would have had a slightly better launch time if he revved higher than 3k, but with that open diff, I guess I can't exactly blame him for trying to prevent a peg leg launch.

Things I would have liked to have seen:
What upgrades were done by the previous owners. Obviously the "4 inch" exhaust (ninja please). But what was it lowered on? My guess was lowering springs with as much body roll as it had. Was he the driver of the Kia they were comparing the car to? Even with the same driver, weather differences can produce differing results of benchmark tests. Would have been nice to have known if they tested the Kia the same day they were throwing the 240 through its paces.

I'm really interested in where he's planning on taking his build. Just from watching the video, I get the feeling he's more of a grip driver than a drift driver, so I'm REALLY REALLY hoping he goes the route of grip performance.

I'm more pumped about the trucks getting a kickass engine that came from a sweet car.

It does not have ABS just to answer his question. ;)

Clean low mileage car they found though. Rare to see that on craigslist these days.

I wish they would have specified how much they paid for it. Pretty clean given the year and the fact that it was bought in Cali of all places.. they modify or rice the s*** out of them here.
