1993 Nissan 240SX Silvia Steering Wheel Install No Horn

1993 Nissan 240SX Silvia Steering Wheel Install No Horn
I installled a S13 Silvia steering wheel into my '93 240SX and I have no horn now. I've searched and could not find anything on my specific wheel/horn problem. There was one ground wire mounted to the Silvia horn button and I have it screwed in. I have replaced the 10amp fuse in the large fuse block in the engine bay and I am getting a replacement for the big brown horn relay on the small engine bay fuse block but until I get that...any ideas on what else to check? I cannot pass inspection without the horn. Maybe if I just stick my head out the window and yell really loud?!?!
