I've searched this topic and the info I found on it was sort of vague. Like the topic says the room lamp 10amp fuse...it pops immediately everytime I replace it and start the car. When it goes the cockpit lights, clock and door ajar light which stays on goes with it. I've checked for loose wires and still havent been able to find anything yet. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Fixed the problem...the car does not have a radio but I bought some new fuses a couple days before this started happening and I replaced all the small fuses in the kick panel and the engine bay and apparently whoever had the car before me did some cutting in the radio panel and left some loose ungrounded wires which powered up after I replaced all those fuses and these wires were causing the room lamp 10amp fuse to blow. I removed the wires that I did not need and electrical taped the ones that I will need when I install my radio and the problem has gone away.
