1993 n/a ABS light

The abs light came on, I could hear the abs motor running and it didnt shut off when the key was removed, bout 20min later it stopped, this happened once before but not as long and the abs light went off. this time the light is still on. I've done some research and answers point toward the ABS relay, question is wheres the relay and am I on the right track? Oh and I don't have a code reader.

I had the same prob in my 93 na. i pulled the abs fuse and delt with the light. It was the actuator, in the trunk on the 2+2. It's pretty expensive but easy to install, just have lots of rags.
