1993 Maxima Fans won't come on

Neither of my fans are coming on at all. When I sit and idle it runs hot. We have ran a tester to it, and even tried to straight wire it, neither fan will work, is there a place to get a wiring diagram for this? We wanted to see what wire we needed to go to, to straight wire them.
