Hi, just got a 93 J30, low miles, but have few issues, this is the first one:

Driver door unit seems have been broken into before (I am not original owner, looks like someone pry the entire door opening unit out) , but it locks and unlocks no problem.

The fuse of the clock/security system has been bypassed (by the left footwall), that fuse got pulled out, so no chime and no security light when open/close door.

If I put that fuse in, the security light comes on but when all doors closed and try to close driver door with original key (reset procedure, counter clockwise, then clockwise), security light blinks even all doors closed fully, does go off if start car, (normally would go away if you lock the door).

I did notice, if I counter clockwise with key either the driver front side (seems have been broke into before), or passenger front door (looks fine) and leave key in the 9pm clock position temporary, the light goes away, but once move key back into center, the light comes on again.
help?
