The problem I am having is when I hit the gas my car Idles and sounds like a race car I was wondering what this possibly could be and my engine has a miss fire.......can any one help me????????

Sounds most likely that you have one or more fule injectors that have failed and need replacing. Best case scenario its a coil pack. Try ohming your injectors. They should read between 10-14 ohms. Anything below or above that range points to injector failure.
