1993 auto to manual transmission

when I would swap an automatic to manual transmission on a 1993 240sx with a KA24DE and if I would swap the ECUs what # ecu would I need and would I need the wiring harness? Thanks in advance

There's no need to swap the A/T ECU or the wiring harness. Just disconnect the A/T control unit. There's are two wires that go to the inhibitor switch, a b/y and b/w wire that need to be connected together in order for the car to start.

Im actually doing the same thing bro, going from an auto to a manuel with the same year/engine. But i have to ask, how do you put a clutch in? I know its a stupid question but i honestly have no clue.

the clutch? Once you've got the torque converter and the flexplate off, you can 1. install pilot bushing2. install flywheel3. pop the clutch disk onto the alignment tool and then put the alignment tool into the back of the crank (where you put in the pilot bushing)4. bolt up your pressure plate.
