1993 Altima, trunk won't open

Hi, I'm new here.

Can anyone tell me how to open the trunk from the inside? The keylock on my 93 is missing, and the interior latch got disconnected. I know there's a latch or button somewhere in the trunk you can use, but I can't remember where it is or what to look for.

hey dont know if you still need help but if so, fold down rear seats, crawl through hole with flash light, find cable going to trunk release, pull with needle nose pliers, might be a pain but it works, trust me been locked in a 94 alty as a joke, not to d)(*& funny when its 98 degrees outside!!!
