I have a 93 300 zx Convertible that has been sitting for 4 years. I have replaced the fuel, fuel filter, cleaned all fuel lines, and replaced the fuel relay. I cannot get any fuel to the engine. I can't hear the fuel filter start pumping when the key is in the on position. I have pulled every fuse under the drivers side access panel. What am I missing? I am so lost. There must be a reason I cannot get juice to the pump. Any Ideas?

Have you checked the fuel pump control unit? or the wiring between the ecu and FPCU

Behind the passenger seat by the Anti lock brake unit.

Check the FSM there should be a pinout and testing procedure, if not then figure out which wires are inputs and outputs and make sure they are receiving the right signal and giving the fuel pump what it needs.
