1993 240sx water leak

the two hoses coming from the thermostat. how do i get these off? they are leaking bad and i cant seem to find any info just that people have done it, but how? any help would be aprreciated thanksthis what im talking about

No easy way. Use a knife to cut the hose length-wise where it fits over the metal nipple to break it loose.
