Ok Im looking to put a turbo on my ka24de, what items will I need besides a turbo kit. I also wanted to know how to install a turbo kit.

ru doing it urself or paying someone.because u need more than just a turbo kit.and what kind of turbo.there r stuff u gotta change to make it reliable.

I want to install a turbo kit on my own, and i just want to do a basic turbo kit. so what do I need to go from here.

well that kit from xat, is how much it would cost to install an sr20det.

not really worth 3500 dollars for seventy extra horsepowers if you ask me.

If you read up about turbo setups and how they work, you could piece together a kit for cheap. Saves you money and it's also a learning experience.

indeed. only thing that's really model specific is manifold and engine management.

What you really need to do is research.Asking vague questions in the wrong forum won't help much.

I suggest reading alot in the KA-T forum, and going from there. Depending on your skill/experience, a pieced-together "kit" may not be the best idea.

I was looking at this turbo kit, and it's price is about $1000.00 for it. but it does not come with Instructions, and what else would I need to install this kit.

you should really do some more research, that kit u picked out is kinda cheap and looks like an ebay kit.... you get what u pay for.... and that turbo will probly not last long... save up your money, do more research and buy a better kit or piece together one on your own, then if you have ne questions come back and ask..

You're forgetting fuel management, timing control, oil return, a downpipe (not just the elbow)........you've got a long way to go. Start reading up!

I beleive you have to take your car to Xat and they install and tune it, correct me if im wrong.
