1993 240sx se turns over but wont start!?Help?

I just Bought a 1993 240sx se. I had it about 3 weeks now and it started showing some signs of gas problems. I stoped at a store and noticed that the fuel line had a whole in it. I replaced it, The car ran good for a few days, then one day at work about 2 weeks ago it wouldn't stay started. I thought hey maybe she got some air in the line's. I took it on the intestate and got it up to about 85 and got off to come to the house, parked it, and it was idleing fine. I shut it off. The next day my brother took it to work, He said "He woke up he went outside to crank it up and it had a little bit of a problem starting. When he got to work (about (3-4 miles) from the house) He said "It was smokeing, so he shut it off and worked the day (About 6 -7 hours) got back to the parking lot. Started the car and put some water in it, also in the little overheating box on the side. He drives out of the parking lot and to the light. Gose to get on the interstate but the car wouldn't do more then 35, and he said he "Had the gas all the way down" "But the rpm's wasn't going up." It made it up the ramp and sputterd to a stop on the interstate. He said "As he tried to get the car to crank that is shook the whole body." I got there to tow it home, and noticed a little water on the ground. Figgured maybe its from the overflow on the radiator. Got it home, started looking at it. Its getting fuel as so far iv checked, or bought

1.fuel pump-turn the key over and i hear it fine 2.fuel lines-all good no leeks 3.fuel filter-all good nothing in it but gas 4.injectors-checking today 5.new starter-had to get it i guess he messd up the other trying to get it to start 6.Battery connections,Stater Connection,Ignition 7.new battery-just because 8.new sparkplug wires- just because (the others where good i got new ones)

Now the motor is turning over its getting gas, but not firring up. It will like, turn over one time easy, then like bogs down kinda. If ya get me example 1st (rawr rawr rawr) 2nd (rawr......raw..ra.....) 3rd (click click) I noticed it has a new head and maybe it jumped time what do you think? any suggestions are welcome. help plz.

the "slowing" of the cranking and then a bunch of clicking noises after it stops sonds like a bad battery or bad battery connection.

it sounds like maybe a timing issue if anything...

ya i tightend the connections and now its turning over fine just not fireing up and its makein the whole car shake when it turns over lol ya guess ill be going inside
