1993 240sx SE Charging System seems to not work.

I have a 1993 240sx SE with a ka24de the alternator is only 4 to 5 months old and i have all the charge wires and ground wires connected in the right spots and the car battery seems not charge at around the 13.8 volts. It actually charging at 12.08 volts. I just want to see if you guys could come up with anything else other than the alternator to be a problem. Battery is always at a charge of 12.24 volts which is pretty normal.
