I have a 1993 240SX fastback with 75k miles. I just got the car. Only things done so far were oil change, spark plug change, engine cleaner stuff, and air filter. It didnt come with the Nissan manual. What is the factory recommended maintenance schedule from this point forward?

On a 10 year old car, maintenance may not be the corrrect word.Testing and identifying all the worn subsystems and replacing the out of tolerance components to return the car to as new performance ..........might be called restoration.

Things haven't totally failed they just are not performing [or visually appearing] to spec. vs repairs - indicate a total failure.

Maintenance assumes you are doing something to prevent wear which may have not been the case with the previous owner.Purchase a factory service manual and study it carefully.Evaluate everything rubber isolated as at 10 years most will be out of spec and worn out......motor/transmission/diff mounts and suspension arms, have all shocks been replaced.

Did you change the differential, transmission, power steering, coolant fluids, what have you done to service the AC [new receiver dryer], brake fluid, etc, etc.I am assuming you wish to keep the car another 100,000 miles.
