1993 240sx motor going in a 1993 ex-cab pickup

What all would be involved to make this swap possible? I've been told that the motor will just bolt right in, but would have electrical issues with the computer, MAF wiring, oil pan clearance. Can these issues be solved easily? I need all the info I can get with this swap. I have access to the CPU and wiring harness from the 240sx, will this swap out and make all these issues work properly. What about belts and hoses and other essentials as well. Thanks in advance!!!
