1993 240SX keeps overheating

My ka24de keeps over heating but I recently changed the water pump and I'm gonna switch the radiator. I have a bone stock ka24 in my s13 hatch from 93. Should it stop once I swap the radiator? If not what else could be the problem. It only has 95k miles

is your thermostat stuck closed? Also you need to be sure you get all of the air out of the cooling system. the car isnt smoking excessively or losing coolant is it?

Not sure about the thermostat but it doesn't smoke, the coolant gets rusty quick

+1 for the thermostat. Usually thats the first thing to cause it to overheat.
