Full boost hits at 4500 rpms.

The shield is to hide the coolant resevoir and battery tray.

Once the engine is properly broken in the rwhp should be in excess of 500.

The turbo is a "Precision Turbo sc-61" They say it's capable of 680 hp.

Yes that is a janky *** plumbing coupler that will be changed shortly.
