Its coming out where the timing cover mates with the block. Someone has sealed this joint with white silicone. Is that from the factory or did they use gaskets?

I know it is a leak because i wiped it away couple weeks ago but it is back and nothing else is leaking in the surrounding area.

I have no idea what this means. Any feedback appreciated. thanks.

not mine:

How does your timing cover look on the inside? You sure its not your water pump leaking, and coolant is dripping onto cover?
