Hello:) I am new to the q45 world and will be trying to alot of maintenance myself hahaha. I took off the plenum to repair a coolant line under it and couldnt save a lot of the hoses. The vacuum line that comes off the plenum and attatches at the check valve is the one I am worried about. Do I have to use an infiniti hose on this $44.00 or can I use a regular hose?? The hose coming off the brake booster up to the plastic check valve is fine..the check valve is fine also. Thanks in advance!! Nel

I'm using a hose I got from Discount and haven't had any problems with it.

Just make sure its the right inner diameter, its not thin walled, you have the right size hose clamps, and that it curves without any bends.
