1992 Nissan Skyline GTR coolant leak

before i installed my new water pump i filled that hole full of nissan orange rtv and ground a washer to cover the entire hole (from the out side not against the block) this allowed all the rtv to stay in the hole and any water that would leak by would be held in by the washer (sounds rigged but ive done this on every rb water pump ive ever done

I tried doing that, but only after i discovered i had a leak - unfortunately its still leaking a bit. i wish the seller would have told me to do this when assembling the pump.

I had to take off the pump again, clean all surfaces and fill the hole with silicon sealant - left overnight before filling cooling system. O.k.now
