1992 Nissan maxim

hey,I have a Maxima 1992, 4 speed, auto car. It was running fine and I recently had a problem with the transmission. The car runs fine until it shifts to the OD, then it looses connection with the wheels ! No matter how much I race the vehicle doesn't seem to move. If I turn off the OD then it works fine. I showed it to a tech and he replaced the TCU with a TCU of a Caravan. It worked fine for 2 week now it only shifts up to the 2nd. I've finally found a TCU of a 1994 Maxima and I wonder if this would fix in with mine? Any comments would be really appreciated!thanks

'94 TCU should work fine in yours.

You sure the TCU the tech used was from a Caravan?
