1992 Nissan 300zx electrical issues!

unfortunately my nissan got hit in the front a block away from my house. After the accident, the powersteering belt popped off but still intact, the radio or any lights inside the car would not turn on only thing that works is the in dash lights and climate controls. I could still hear the fuel pump when i turned the key, all of the fuses have power, the timing belt is still intact when i took of the cover just to see. wondering if the car would be able to start i replaced the radiator and MAF it was the only things that looked damaged after the accident. when trying to start the z it sounds like the starter might be spinning but not as loud as normal sounds like a low blender sound, the belts arent moving but i see the fan spinning any ideas?

Are you referring to the front pusher fan or the radiator fan when you say the fan is spinning?
How bad was the damage initially?
Could a wire or multiple wires be shorting out somewhere?

still finding out more about it. The radiator fan spins when i try to start it and the damage cracked the radiator support and smashed one headlight and bent the frames alittle pretty bad but fixable i just dont know what could the problem be. I am sure that the battery is being drained some how but im still looking never had to do this kind of diagnosis before. Also even when i gave the battery some power the head lights, stop light, blinkers, AC, and power windows all worked perfect. the only things that doesnt work is the Radio, dome lights, hatch light and the passenger side light (that turns on when a door is open). Could this be some sort of relay?

It could be a lot of things, there is a large loom that runs across the top radiator core support from the power connections at the passenger side fender to the cabin harness. Pretty much you have to start a=t the end of each of the failed circuits and work your way back to the source. Check the FSM in my sig for wiring diagrams.

didnt want to keep starting it because it doesn't sound normal like it wont start at all right now. i have new injectors and just put in a new starter definitely getting spark and fuel from what i see timing belt is still good.

55 on ecu codes all good

After troubleshooting i have verified that the timing belt and all other belts are turning. The cranking does not sound normal like its not even wanting to start. I have found code 21 which is ignition signal circuit researched some write up but nothing really helps. Is there ignition relay under the dash? my coil packs are getting power the ptu is good just changed it and still the same. The ignition coil relay in the engine bay is good I replaced it and Cleaned my cas just in case same problem. Any help??
