My dad had a few old old old magazines in our garage and during the cleaning we came across these featuring our 240sx convertible. I thought of few of you might like to read the articles.

lol The 30k dollar question. I own two of those cars. The 240sx and the Bonneville. My mother had that model jeep and then traded it for her newer jeep cherokee. My vert had the original purchase price to. It was around 28k I believe.

That's quite a random assortment of cars to compare. It's funny how besides the RX-7 and convertible 240sx, all those cars are really common on the road today.

A buddy of mine still has SCC issues that were stapled together... pretty cool to look through.

Yes 240s were expensive. Trying to see if we have those articles scanned/saved somewhere, if not might need to find a way to do that.

My first '92 S13 coupe that I bought in '95 had the original sticker with it. It was an SE and fully loaded, MRSP was around $24,500. Verts were even higher. Prices are what caused the death of the S14 and Z32 as well.

At that time most Americans where still anti japanese cars. Now that is changing due to the fact that most japanese cars are made over here. I think they make more cars over here then the American manufacturers do. GM is slowly phasing operations to Mexico.
