1992 hicas steering

just wondering it i disconect the powersteering lines that go to the rear, will the rear be solid and not move at all or will the back wheels turn freely? I asking this because i don't like the hicas steering

it should work cause that's what im doing to my sr swap. not because i hate hicas...only because i can't source a sr hicas ps pump.

When you turn really really hard like doing a 180 you'll hear a thump when the back wheels cant turn anymore but other than that I havn't noticed any problems.

you mean to tell me and if I rip out all the lines I won't have nothing to worry about. I would drive like a 240 without hicas.It doesnt need any pressure to hold it still

i believe you need a bar that they sell to lock your back tires in place
