1992 D21 Pick-up: Timing degrees and idle rpm's

I was wondering if the timing degrees and idle rpm's are the same for all KA24E engines regardless of body type as all i can find doing a search is 240sx's.

Is it 15 degrees and 700 rpm's?

The manual says to look on the emission panel but mine fell off a while back.
