Same problem for a few months now. It has had an intermittent problem. It will run fine for a few weeks and then quit. I have towed it home several times. It has good spark and fuel pressure through the filter. It must have a computer control problem. I had the temp switch in the intake changed the last time it quit and it ran fine for two weeks now it died and won't start. I changed the knock sensor but it ran worse when it cranked but now it won't crank at all. After unplugging and plugging sensors I get a code 13 and 34. It acts like it's not getting fuel but I know it has pressure and the injectors ohm out right and tick when it does run. What else could it be? Anyone want a 92 Nissan converitble that runs great when it decides too? What else can I do without buying expensive parts to just see if that fixes the problem? The computer has a #81 on it. It's a 92 240sx with an automatic and convertible.

The engine turns over when starting , though, right? if it is not turning over, then that is almost certainly the starter.

im not sure what you mean by temp switch in intake. do you mean temp sensor that measures coolant temp? if you cleared the codes properly, the temp sensor code would be likely cause of your problem.
