**** i dont know guys

NO is reading at - 2009 and it needs to be at like 945CO is reading at - .77 it needs to be .73

any suggestions?

Catalytic Converter is one thing i had in mind

the car seems to need oil change and basically all in all tune up -- other than that i just dont know

as far as mods

just an intake

got the cat changed

so how do i work on the EGR valve?

or...what do i add to the fuel..to pass!!

i had the same issues. changed my cat. and added fuel additives just made things worse. for me it took a $50 timing light gun and 10mm socket. adjusted the timing which was at like 10 degrees instead of 20. problem solved. for me anyways

jus slip the guy testing you some extra money, i live in wonderful florida where there are no emission laws but i have seen many people talking here on nico about how they pay there way through emissions... jus gotta know someone..lol

its not just the egr. if you go slightly lean it can cause the nox to go up up!

-overheated engine

-lean air/fuel mixture

-vacuum leaks

-overadvanced ignition timing

-defective egr

anything that can cause higher combustion temp!
