1992 240sx please help

just got a 1992 240sx for my son dash lights inop the small bulbs work "engine light seat belt etc" the large bulb dont i check the fues all the bulbs are good took test light while bulbs were out have power to both sides when lights are on disconnected the dimmer tcu still have power to both sides please help trying to be that great dad thanks mike

The diodes in the back of the cluster might be burnt out.
