1992 240sx - Parking lights, cluster lights, and auto seat belts don't work

I already searched the forums but couldn't really find anything to help my problem.

Today I was trying to wire up a deck into my car with a friend. We were looking through some of my old wires where the factory stereo would connect to. We couldn't find the wire to power the deck from the wiring harness.

I think suggested that we should try using a wire from the fog lights that were wired up from the previous owner of the car. Since both fog lights were out, I thought it would be a good idea to use the old wiring.

After disconnecting the fog light wiring and figuring out that it wouldn't work to power up the deck, it got pretty dark out so we stopped trying to install the deck.

We put all my panels back on (door, glove box, etc) that I took off to wire up the deck. I noticed that my parking lights didn't work and my cluster wouldn't light up either when I turned my lights on. The headlights still pop up and turn on but the parking lights (side markers, front signals) and cluster does not light up. The front signals work when I signal or use parking lights but don't light up when the headlights are on. I also noticed that after turning the car off, the automatic seat belts don't work. They work with the key turned to the ON position though.

Please help ASAP because I can't drive home without my parking lights working. I have to get home tonight for a big job interview tomorrow.

I'm going to replace the TCU tomorrow.
