1992 240sx overheating ( ANY ADVICE WILL BE APPRECIATED ) THANKS

i have a 1992 240sx ka24de. i will start it and it will warm up normal then after about 5 to 10 minutes of it will begin to over heat! then if i put the engine under load and accelarate it will drop back to normal! it will happen at random times! but sometimes after it says its hot and i accelarate it wont get hot again!
