Hi, I found a thread with the NISTECH at the time explaining the fsm wiring diagram helping out somebody find the diode pack for their pop up headlights. Ive followed the same steps explained. But im still not getting any response. I have 11 Volts soming from pin 9 and 3 on the timing control unit. 11.74 volts at the headlight switch pin 26 (orange/black wire) and 11.74 volts on both the orange and orange/black wire coming from the diode pack. However, I get no voltage on pin 1 on retract relay 4, no change turning on and off. Im wondering if Im not correctly getting to the orange wire...but the wiring diagram shows that the orange wire goes to this pin anyway. What could it be? The only other connection between these points on the diagram is the SMJ. i havent tried replacing the relay yet, but shouldnt I be getting at least a voltage difference? All fuses are in tact, and the motors do work, because when turned down and switched on they come up. Can anyone give me a suggestion of what to do?
