1992 240sx/ Need Help Please!

Hi Guys, I posted 3 weeks ago about my 240 overheating. Water pump checked out ok. Also did some king of carbon monoxide test in radiator, overhead gasket ok. Its still overheating every week and a half and then i top up radiator which needs about half a quart of water and then its ok for another week and a half. No leaks that I can see but there is something wrong and my local garage has given up. Can anyone help or has anyone any ideas on what I can check next? Thank you.

Haha your local shop gave up? Can they do that? I tell you if they gave up then you been going to the wrong shop, try a different one. Just for them giving up on you shows you they don't know s***.
