1992 240sx interchangeable cylinder heads?

have a 53f thats destroyed picked up a 70f that has slight differences.i think the 53f is a truck head?and one of these threads said the 70f was a s14 head?so before i dump money into the pistons to fix this head ache of a project.can i use this 70f head on the dohc block.what, if any modifacations need to be done?i wouldn't be surprised at this point.the kid did a backyard stroker job.busted #2 oil squirter fried the pistons head and cam.it has honda rods with a offset ground crank to give it a 4in. stroke. block has to be .60 over.and besides realizing that the de head is dam near extinct the one i do find may be wrong.but hey theoretically when its finished it'll be a fun commuter
